        I just had a nuclear stress test at the Heart Institute located at McMurry Medical in Seattle WA. The heart technician Natalie Rue was extremely professional and knowledgeable. She explained the procedure and made me very comfortable. During this three hour test Natalie was very caring to my needs, I left feeling very fortunate to have had this test.

        On October 24th 2023 I visited the UW Medicine Heart Institute (NW Campus). After having bad experiences with other medical facilities, I was extremely impressed with the level of care and service provided to me. All of the staff treated me with incredible kindness. The staff was attentive to my needs and requests, and the surgery went very smoothly. Their attention to detail, and acts of kindness (even singing me happy birthday) was greatly appreciated, and really made a scary experience that much easier to handle. Thank you so much, Dr. Eskander and the rest of the UW Heart Institute staff.

        Tried to ask a question and was hung up on. Called back, asked the same question, lady answered and then I elaborated and tried to ask with more details and she said that if I didn't like her answer and I wasn't happy with the service then I should go somewhere else. The most rude person I've ever had in a Healthcare setting! This person should find another job if they can't handle people asking questions. I AM going to go find somewhere else, and it's not because they can't never find me an appointment, it's because of HER! Dr. Dodge is losing a client because of your service person!

        I liked my Dr. That I had , however they left the clinic and I was forced to reschedule. When I called the person on the phone refused to schedule me and said they were too busy. She told me to keep calling me back and hopefully I'd get an appointment at sometime. I tried to ask why I wasn't supplied with a new Dr, but she hung up on me. I know the medical field can be stressful but she never even inquired why I was calling
