I have been a long time Polyclinic patient and because of temporary staff shortages in their Cardiology department, I was unable to get a follow-up appointment after an ER visit. Dr Casterella intervened and was kind enough to see me outside his normal schedule. He was very generous with his time, really listened, and was genuinely interested in my care. You cant fake that. I have seen him again since then. This is a doctor who deeply cares about his patients, has an enormous amount of experience (twenty plus years) and engages the patient in a collaborative and conversational way in their care. His practice is completely patient centric. No wonder he is a Seattle Met Magazine Top Doc. Im very grateful to now be part of his regular practice and know that I am in excellent hands. I would give him seven out of five stars if I could. Highest recommendation. Also, it will behove you to be a Seahawks fan!
