I cannot say enough about this company, Mark was amazing and helped us tremendously. This year, I was faced with the unfortunate loss of my car. It was totaled in an accident and my insurance company tried to lowball me. Mark helped me tremendously and I can't say enough nice things about him. He helped me get the true value of my car and told me his job wasn't done until it was "money in the bank" on my end. Absolutely top notch company!! Mark made things concerning the procedure of invoking " the appraisal clause" clear to me and was very reassuring every time we spoke...also he had a lot of patience with me from the beginning as I was totally upset about my vehicle getting stolen while I was grocery shopping.
