For franchise expertise, Howard and Caroline should be the first and last attorneys on your list. Both of these wonderful advocates are responsive, thorough, and excellent in their work. They helped me through a very scary and stressful franchise battle which included prompt call backs and wise counsel. Caroline talked me through fear and frustration on quite a few occasions and helped negotiate an exit agreement that was both favorable and fair. At BLF, I was treated kindly and with respect. Pricing was very fair, too. I would never again sign a franchise agreement without them.

I retained Ms. Bundy Fichter for a contentious business dissolution dispute. She was very responsive and clearly knew what the important contract and business issues were. I appreciated her skillful approach at addressing what was really important. Her initial consultation showed me she was the right lawyer to help me through an emotional and difficult partnership dissolution.
