Great store with very helpful stuff. I recently got a vest for sailing. The employee helping me was very knowledgeable and made it much easier for me to find the right vest. The store also has a good selection of other sailing gear, clothes, and shoes.

Great selection of stuff. Is it the best place I know I have to get quality low voltage electrical stuff. They have a huge selection of cable, terminals, fuses, plugs, etc.
Also a vast assortment of rope/line and rigging hardware, fiberglass, and more.

I called to place a phone order on a washer and dryer stackable and the sales associate on the phone was impossible to deal with and the most non customer friendly person I have dealt with in a long time. I was so shaken by him that I even called his boss to mention that his customer service needed to be addressed... well lets just say apples don't fall far from the tree. No wonder his employees behave the way they do.
