        Overall, Agora has been wonderful. Our staff have enjoyed the Bevi, espresso machines, and snacks. We save a ton of time by not stocking and merchandising ourselves, and their support team is always on hand to troubleshoot. One star removed because we occasionally experience some miscommunications with service dates. That said, absolutely would recommend if you have any refreshment needs.

        Our previous vendor had suddenly imposed a minimum on us and when we tried to come to a mutually beneficial arrangement they were completely inflexible and threatened to come pick up their equipment immediately. Coffee is very important to our employees so I frantically started reaching out to other vendors and found Gabby at Agora and the rest is history. She quickly got us set up with exactly what we needed and didn't push me to add on services I didn't need. She made it easy for me to say yes, and more importantly easy for finance to say yes! And then everyone was so excited to try the new coffee that we blew threw our month supply in less than a week! Gabby quickly got us more coffee and saved the day again. I deeply appreciate their flexibility and customer service. Work is busy and crazy enough - I don't need to be stressing about coffee!
