I really do! and also the results as well. :)I do about 100~150 lash lifts each month and I deliver good results 99.9% of the time but sometimes hiccups happen for the following reasons.1. The lift solution was somehow ineffective (this just happened once this March)2. Keratin lash lift is too gentle for some lashes. I have 2 regular clients whose lashes are so stubborn and won't respond to Keratin. I use the traditional solution for them and they love the results.3. A simply a human error. (by me) Occasionally I need to try again with different rod shape/size and different timing to get it right. I take photos and notes each time so I can review how I did it previously and try again with different techniques.4. clients' lashes are too short to get lifted. (in this case there is nothing I can do...)I think your case is # 2 or 3. In this case, I normally offer a complementary redo but unfortunately, I'm fully booked until the end of the year. I'm not sure when I get a cancellation next so I can just do a full refund.Thanks for the feedback and I really appreciate you noticing how passionate I am about lash lift!"
