Set up an appointment for lashes and texted Larra about allowing customers to wear masks/not wear masks and not requiring customers to be vaccinated. I simply asked is she was vaccinated and she refused to tell me and responded with the following I will cancel your appointment, sounds like we wont be a good fit. As my website states I dont agree with the current agenda of asking others medical history or choices. Her response was unprofessional, confrontational, and I feel whether or not I wear a mask or am or am not vaccinated I have every right to ask someone if they are vaccinated if they are hovering over multiple customers faces every day applying lashes. Especially when the state mandate requires masks inside and yet she isnt requiring them. Larra sounds like a classic Trump supporter and I will gladly take my business elsewhere. I scheduled my appointment which was a month out. I saw good reviews online so my expectations were high. Larra did my eyelashes and I was very dissatisfied w/ results. She told me from the beginning that she would start off w/ less instead of more because it is easier to add lashes then take the off. I went home and immediately text her and let her know that I was unhappy and that they needed to be fuller, expecting her to fulfill her own promise. Instead she text back and said she would address the problem once I scheduled a fill with her 3 weeks later was her first available. So basically after spending $160 and being unsatisfied her solution was for me to pay more money 3 weeks later to see if her first service would be corrected. This seems completely unfair and my eyelashes look terrible within 24 hours after getting them done. This is what I asked for and this is what I got. I specifically asked her not to make the eyelashes criss cross as I did NOT like that look. She did as minimal as possible for a very high price. Service: Eyelash extensions
