Very relaxing environment and professional staff. Appointment reminders sent via text which was extremely helpful for me being a busy mom! Made sure they listened to wants and needs before completing service and went to great lengths to make sure I was happy and comfortable. I went in for a full set of lashes for the first time. Honestly, I am so happy with these lashes!!!!! I dont think I want to ever go back to not having them.

I was hesitant to get lashes before my big trip next month, but decided to give it a try. Robin and all the ladies at Garden Bar Beauty are professional and truly skilled at their craft.These women know what they are doing, and listen to personal wants/needs. Not to mention the ambiance/vibe is awesome! I am so excited to keep this up and go back!

******POSITIVE UPDATE****** I want to update my review after seeing that I was not being ignored. Square hadn't communicated with the Owner and Manger. I received an apology both in my personal email and on here. I also was issued a full refund, which I feel is very kind and considerate since I never asked for one. I want to clarify, the provider I saw here doesn't appropriately represent the quality of their team and is no longer here. So I think it would be unfair to judge based off my original review (which was clearly emotionally charged). I am grateful for the way this was resolved and how quickly it was after they received word of it. Original: "Nightmare conversation. I came here to relax and do something nice for myself after working so much. The conversation was inappropriate and heavy, all of this persons problems were dumped on me. I left and just cried when I got home and saw the results. My lashes looked like they had a bunch of cheap mascara on them because they were clumped together and I still had glue all over my eyelid. I wrote to the business through their Square rating and never heard back. This was a huge waste of my money and all it did was further ruin my week. I regret this." Service: Makeup services
