        I would not even give the JCPenney one star if I did not have too. when I got my hair cut one week ago Thursday and now my hair look bad again and my bangs are in my faces again. called to see if they could fix it nothing they wish to do they just lost my services and I will be tilling everyone how bad they are

        Kayla gave me the best haircut of my life yesterday! I went in to get my usual bob, but with her suggestions and questions about what I wanted, she gave me exactly what I didnt know I wanted. I cant thank her enough for helping me find the perfect hair!

        Went in today to fix some really ugly layers I got at an Ulta salon and Justin was recommended to me when I asked for someone with curly hair experience. He was very attentive, asked good questions and took his time. The end result was everything I could have asked for and more ~ he completely transformed my layers into a more even and flattering haircut I owe him my life lol highly recommend Justin !! Thank you

        I don't know why an inexperienced stylist is allowed to charge so expensively, I had to pay $75 dollars for a very poorly cut haircut. By the way, because this person Eva has no experience.
