Kelly is the best and is not only efficient, her work is impeccable. Shes also just a wonderful person to work with. I started with her over a year ago and havent gone anywhere else since then. Absolutely the best lash place in the greater Seattle area. I literally wont go anywhere else. Ive been a client of her for almost two years now (I see her once every 2-3 weeks). Kelly is highly skilled and has been in the industry for a long time and can work with even the most difficult lashes, like mine haha. Not only that but shes also super kind and very accommodating and I always leave feeling amazing

I dont really leave a review anywhere, but I have to do it due to my recent ridiculous experience with Kelly. For a better context, I had more than five eyelash extension artists in my past years, and I usually have an amazing relationship with them. I changed shops only when I relocated to new cities and still go to the shops when I visit the cities. And I expected Kelly to be another one for me! She was running late for my appointment for about 15 minutes and went to the restroom for 10 minutes before starting, so 25 minutes was delayed in total. I didnt really mind it; I understand that life is impossible to expect, and I respect her hustling. Halfway through the extension, she had to go rest room again. She said she was having an upset stomach, too bad, and it is something you cannot control, so okay, I get that. Ten minutes later, she came back but started making sounds like she was about to vomit, yes, above my face. I was freaking out. I mean, who wouldnt? So I guess I started shaking my eyelid, and she blamed me and even yelled at me that I needed to calm down unless she could not finish my right eyelash..Wow, what an attitude..She literally said that it was my fault that she could not finish it. I am so annoyed not by the delaying time but by HER ATTITUDE; it was unbelievably shocking to me. And now I have an uneven eyelash. Thank god she didnt charge me for wasting my time and energy by making uneven eyelashes for more than 80 minutes! But now I need to pay somewhere to remove these funny uneven eyelashes..what a funny experience.. It is my personal experience, and I want to disclaim that yours can be different. But I had an awful experience, so I have to vent it somewhere by saying that I DO NOT recommend her!!! Better to pay your money for better service seriously. Service: Eyelash extensions
