Berket the owner is extremely unprofessional On multiple occasions I text asking for specific styles and pricing (since he has no website to refer to) on several occurrences he quoted me a price and changed it once I arrived to the salon and or the prices weren't consistent. I started noticing these indifferences and questioned him and he didn't have a straight answer as to why; I also suggested he create a website so there would be no confusion with price etc. which he said he has one and gave me a link to a nonexisting site. He has also scheduled me for certain times and would often overbook and or forgot the time he booked me for, one time I brought it to his attention and he shrugged and said oh well, I forgot not only has he done this to me he's done this to another client I know (completely forgot the day they were supposed to arrive and inconvenienced them by calling and asking them to come in a day early with no notice). I haven't even mentioned the other jaw-dropping situations that occurred while utilizing his services but I digress. I've tried giving this salon a plethora of chances against my better judgment, due to knowing the previous owner who vouched for him in 2019 when he took over the place, wanting to support a local black business, and convenience in location. But I absolutely can't, and won't support this business anymore, the service is getting worse and it's obvious he doesn't care about some of his client's or their hair and is in it for the money and nothing else. I will gladly take my hard-earned money to a clean, organized, professional, consistent establishment. Services: Haircut, Hairstyling

This salon was great! The owner Bereket scheduled my appointment quickly. The stylists Gigi did an amazing job on my hair and completed the service much faster than any other stylist I have seen in the past has done. I highly recommend this salon and I will be returning soon! Services: Shampoo & conditioning, Braids, Haircut, Hairstyling
