We had an amazing and hassle-free experience working with Pathway construction for a nine month project. The contractor, Mark, was very well experienced and thorough in his implementation. He handled ambiguity very well and kept great communication with all parties involved throughout the project and delivered high quality results on time. The company handled minor change requests holistically and we didnt have any major complaints with them during the whole project. The architect who works with their company was thorough and knowledgeable. We would recommend them to anyone who Is interested in doing an addition or a remodel.

One of their vans was cutting people off, speeding, and running red lights on Delridge this morning. Based on prior Google Reviews this tends to be a problem for them. Dont hire companies that endanger the safety of the community.
