Mo is an excellent barber and did a fantastic cut and straight razor shave. He had great energy even first thing in the morning and totally brightened my day and elevated my look.

Was told to book an appointment online and did exactly that. After a 30 minute walk in the rain i was informed that I used the wrong method of online booking and they wouldn't be able to cut my hair. They had very poor attitudes and showed no regard or remorse for the fact that I was turned away for service. Not to mention when I spoke to them on the phone they simply told me to schedule an appointment online and made no mention of there being a faulty booking system I should avoid. After a 30 minute walk in the rain I would have been perfectly happy with a quick clean up cut, as opposed to a full haircut. Was offered absolutely nothing, but a sorry incompetent excuse, and sent on my way by 2 barbers who seemed like they could care less about turning me away. I did nothing wrong and only followed the instructions that they gave me.
