        I scheduled an appointment for today for 11:30. I was notified at 10 that my appointment was cancelled. Pretty crappy on their end, since they have a strict cancellation policy, and would have charged me for such a late cancellation. Do I now get a free haircut since they cancelled late? Doubtful.

        Ashley was great to chat with and gave exactly the cut we wanted. The space is also very comfortable. Got a bleach out with the cut. They do color as well. Also had the chance to meet Michelle on a recent visit and thought she was very nice too. I saw a couple of her cuts. They looked great and the clients seemed pleased.
