        Earls Cuts and Styles is an original, and an historically Black barbershop in the Central District. Weve been taking our son to Jasen for years. He never disappoints, and as our son has gotten older Jasen has graciously managed to balance both moms asks with our sons. A few years ago, Mr. Earl started cutting my hair and beard, and its the best and most consistent cut Ive ever had. Highly recommend. A master barber and a gentleman.
