        Im extremely upset and disappointed with this particular branch. The bank closes two hours before my arrival, and they were saying that I need an appointment. This is ridiculous because the back was completely empty.

        Idk how you call this branch at 9:01am when they open at 9am and they don't answer, is 9:13am and I have called 6 times and no one answers. Called another branch and the representative Monica answer in a second

        I closed an account within two days of opening it. These folks have zero customer and banking skills, especially when it comes to small business accounts. They sounds really professional and say yes to everything at first, but when you actually need them to do something, they send you from pillar to post and give you generic answers. So frustrating.
