        Took me a minute to actually find the bank, it's not sign posted from the lobby. But the cashiers were very sweet and helpful.

        The local bank joins Chase escalation team to deceive customers. On 01/27 I came by the bank to query the withheld income tax, and one banker said that the escalation team would call me within 24-47 hours. It turned out that nobody called me. I followed up on Friday 01/29 and Tuesday 02/02, and the banker said that the team would give me a call by the end of Thursday 02/04. However, nothing happened. Yesterday 02/05 I came by the bank again, and the manager told me that the team WOULDN’T call me at all. I, a customer, was fooled by the bank for over a week. I have same accounts at other banks, but they have my tax filing info and never withhold the income tax. Chase doesn’t deserve any business.
