First time I used this parking lot. It was easy in n out, gentleman at the entrance was very friendly.

This is a private lot for those living/working in the Bemis building. Please do not park here without prior authorization.

I wake up every morning listening to the Eagles screeching, and views of Lake Washington...Just Beautiful!!

This is for the Swedish Ortho patients. It is very convenient for getting up to that hospital building and back out when surgery is completed.

Free parking after 16h00.

Nice place to park

Found parking easily. Some of the spots are a little tight, but doable. Pricing is consistent with parking at any of the medical facilities on the hill.

Great views of the surrounding architecture on the north end of Lumen Field.
