Experts in servicing Saabs (and other vehicles) and quite trustworthy. I have used Scanwest for years and on my last visit they really helped. My 1999 Saab 9-3 was making a clunking noise at times. Another shop that service many brands of vehicles told me I probably needed expensive repairs to my transmission and driveshaft which they could not do. Given the age of the car, I thought repairs would cost more than the car was worth. So I asked Scanwest to evaluate and they found a loose nut which they tightened. Cost me only a small amount! Scanwest has been my auto service for years. They kept my 04 Forester running perfectly until it got totalled 2 years ago. Now they are keeping my 2013 Forester running perfectly. Scanwest has excellent customer service, fair prices and great car repair and maintenance. Do yourself and your Subaru a favor, go to Scanwest on Greenwood Ave in North Seattle. Five stars plus for Scanwest. I had (what I feared was) an emergency situation. The oil light in my 2022 Mini went on. It said get it serviced immediately. I had had the car serviced only two months before. The dealer would not see me until the following week. Jiffy Lube abd Grease Monkey said the packed the tools to see what was going on. Scanwest agred to fit me in even though they were overflowing when th business. They soon discovered the problem was that the oil light malfunctioned. They did not charge me! My bill was for $0. When I tried to press my card on them they refused. Totally amazing, professional people.
