I went to this shop to replace a broken window a year ago, they were very responsive and quickly got me in to fix it. The cost was really cheap so I went for it. A year later I had to completely redo everything this shop did thanks to the terribly cheap poor quality replacement they installed. The window didn't roll up all the way and the gushing rattling wind tunnel noise on the highways was overbearing. During installation they tore my gasket in half, completely ripped it and did not communicate or own it when I took it back a month later to let them know this problem with the wind tunnel. So I ended up taking it to another shop who tested and replaced everything again, correctly diagnosed the problem and corrected it. I would have expected John to do this, instead I received impatience, poor customer service, and he refused to investigate or help, let alone take accountability for this poor installation and hack job. His negative attitude and poor customer service in addition to my time and money waste have earned them this review. I absolutely will never go back and do not recommend this shop to anyone. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

John and his team were incredibly helpful and friendly! No fun having to get a windshield replaced but they made it a great experience.

John and crew know how to do what they do,. Professional service at a fair price. I've been in for chip repair and window work, and have been extremely satisfied everytime .I highly recommend Thank you, USA AutoGlass & Battery

John was able to help me in a tight spot. I needed a windshield replaced and he was able to fit me in his busy schedule on short notice. Definitely recommend
