James came out to replace my windshield that had a couple of cracks in it. He was running quite behind that day and arrived 3 hours AFTER the confirmed install window. Upon arrival he backed over my flower garden in order to turn around. He replaced the windshield in a reasonable amount of time; however, after he left I noticed that he had damaged the trim on the A-Frame pillar on BOTH sides of the car (one completely fell off and one stay on - the other one had a big slice in it). Its been 3 weeks and I'm still waiting for Glass America to repair the damage that was done. Service: Auto windshield replacement

I have no idea why but after waiting on hold for about 10 minutes they were kind of nasty to me on the phone. Everything started out fine, the estimate seemed a little higher than I was hoping and they wanted to know my insurance carrier. I explained I didn't really want to go through insurance since this is my second chip in a couple months. They explain they're trying to save me money so they needed a name - fine, but I was confused and asked if they needed my name or my insurance name. That's when it went off the rails inexplicably. The woman got super snotty and kept repeating, "if you'd let me explain I'm trying to save you money, do you have x, y, z as your insurance?" At that point they lost my business so I asked why they were getting nasty - I didn't understand the question and asked for clarification. She went on, even more annoyed, "I'm not being nasty I'm just trying to save you money." Saving me money is fine, trying to get different quotes is fine, but I don't understand how the conversation went from completely normal to, "Sir what's wrong with you you're wasting my time I don't want to deal with you," over a simple clarification question. Worse service ever!! I had only a tiny chip smaller than a penny and they ruined my windshield. Now asking me to pay for windshield replacement. Service: Auto windshield repair
