Thank you James! Me and a bunch of my neighbors just used them when our parking garage got hit, i thought they were really great, you make an appointment over the phone, they come to you, you have to be home to give them the car keys and they fix the window right there. they were available next day for us. and i even had an issue where the window they installed was warped a little bit and didn't close right, and when i called they sent someone out again to fix it immediately with a new window which is perfect. While it had looked like most issues on reviews were 1+ years old, I can echo the experience of showing up for an appointment and there being no tech at work with a note that there was no idea when the tech would come to work. Also very odd is that the office kept pushing for payment immediately even though they offered no timeline or commitment to complete the work. Best to avoid this place.
