        It took 2 months to get my car repaired, they had gotten the wrong part in and they also forgot to put in a part. My dealership noticed loose nuts where they repaired the car and the alignment was off. They hardly ever communicate or update you on anything and you have to call for any of it. Would not recommend

        DO NOT do any business with these people. They do not know how to talk to customers. They do not know what they are talking about with regards to their own business. Terrible customer service.

        Very negative experience. I dropped my car off and did not hear from the office until my car was ready for pick up 3 weeks later. Received no updates as to what services were being provided or how my car was updated. I called frequently for updates but never once did the office call me. Additionally those who answered the phones were quite rude.
