Mr. Vogel was paid on an hourly basis. He is honest and incredibly efficient with his use of time. Careful not to charge fir things not necessary. Easy to work with, and he won the case! Highly recommended.

Mr Vogel helped me during a difficult time when no other attorney would even listen to my story. He cared about the details of the extremely complicated situation and ensured that I was giving him the correct information and by listening to the details more than once (No one could remember every single detail of a case like mine, not even superman), gave me relevant advice of the appropriate Titles of Legislation that affect my legal position when other lawyers would only help me on a contingent basis all when I only had weeks to protect my statute of limitations after our initial conversation. If he was not too busy at the time I contacted him, I would have definitely hired him and will definitely contact him when I need future legal help to see his availability and will even check his availability in the future for this case. His advice helped prevent me from having to exposing myself legally or hindering my ability to find alternative counsel on the issue which will all ensure that the offending party takes responsibility for their actions. As for the people who have given bad reviews here I would suggest that you put yourself in the other persons shoes. Lawyers focus on what might make them loose the case when initially learning of it, they want to go through discovery on that first and you will get filtered based on that during intake. This could also happen while they are learning about the case after they take you on, they might forget things during this process and it will be easier for them to remember after they get past the initial investigation. People are not perfect and you cannot expect them to be, this lawyer would at listen to things, go over them repeatedly so he could understand them and remember them, discussed what was wrong, took notes on what he thought was important to the case, referred me to suitable representation and told me he will help me as he can if I cannot find representation. This is all when other lawyers won't even spend the time to understand my situation, Washington is lucky to have him.
