Sent a client with a quirky real estate issue to Lee, and he solved it masterfully. He gave the client a breakdown of what was needed to unwind her issue, what the cost would be for each part, and a straightforward contract and bill. All of the work was done in the timeframe he laid out, and the price was inside of the quoted amount. He comes off as a genuine guy - didn't seem to have the know-it-all attitude of some. Really pleased with the interaction and engagement.

Lee did a great job of handling all the paperwork associated with our off-market sale of our home. He was also extremely helpful in explaining the legal language and details that we were unfamiliar to us.

Lee is amazing. I had two days to meet a contract deadline and Lee was able to complete the project in less than 24 hours. Not only was he quick in all of his responses (minutes later at times!) to me, the other party accepted his revisions without any problem and we were able to close early. I would use Lee Brettin's services again without hesitation, and would recommend him to anyone looking for a real estate lawyer.
