Why are most of the good reviews from employees? Do you pay them to write the reviews? What do the family members really have to say about the place?

I am a resident here at Cogir Northgate. I want to give a big “Thank you” to Brandon, our director. While the elevator was being replaced (10- days) Brandon offered me a room on the first floor so that I could go back and forth to dialysis. No charge! I really appreciate the care I receive here and the kindness I was shown. Thank you Brandon.

I work at the front desk at Cogir of Northgate. It's my first job in senior living and it has been a wonderful experience. Working with seniors has been very rewarding, and fun. The staff at this community feel like family and since my arrival I have seen nothing but great care especially during these trying times.

I have been working in the medical field for 25 years. This place was awful. The nursing director was why I went there. Then she resigned and I don’t blame her. They are kicking people out. The residents in general are great; but being told you can’t live there anymore in the middle of covid? Then they got mad because I called out sick....not my recommendation if u want to be happy at work. I was not impressed and they need staff. They just decided calling out was not acceptable oh and the food sucks so a freezable lunch box. One of the worst places I’ve ever worked for. I would never put my mother there. Ever... .
