I am a Designer and Real Estate Agent in Seattle. I have worked with Bob on several projects that are both investment properties and my own homes. Bob has done everything from securing the permit to guiding me throughout the remodel project. I have had some tricky ideas and Bob has assisted me with making them happen. It has always been a harmonious relationship and a great value.

Bob is down-to-earth, a great value, and comes up with reasonable, cost effective designs. He listens to the clients needs and works hard to create a special design within their specific budget. I appreciate Bob's old school approach. He pushes up his shirt sleeves and gets the job done.

Bob Hendershott is a true artist and he did wonders with designing my house at Alki Beach. His fees were extremely reasonable and he navigated the permit process very well.

I have used Bob's architecture services 3 times over the past 20 years. He is personable and always has time to talk. He works with you to know exactly what you want, his plans are excellent. In fact, all of the different contractors I have worked with on the different projects have stated how thorough and thought out his plans are. He knows and keeps up with all the city planning laws and regulations. I would, hands down, recommend him for any architectural design work you might need.

Bob did a great job at a great price. He was responsive and on top of it all the way to the permitting process for our addition. We’re now looking forward to getting the construction underway this month!
