Darren Vinci Audio started to design the addition over my garage. Due to the age house, we don't have current house drawings. He came twice to do a very detail survey and measurement and offered many valuable inputs in initial layout design. He also saw a potential neighborhood boundary easement conflict left by history. He quickly made a design change to conform to the current building code to avoid back and forth modification in the city building review process. All his drawings look very beautiful and professional. I have no doubt his professional and high quality design will definitely win his reputation in WA in the future. I gave all thumbs up for his work.
