        This was exquisite place to live, made me feel safe, great area and fun. If renting in Eastlake area look into this place.

        !!!DO NOT RENT!!! Otherwise you would end up like me chasing after management office for refund of security deposit and prorated rent. By law RCW 59.18. 280 the landlord has 21 days for refund. It has been 3 months since I moved out and I still haven't received it, even though I have been calling them 2 or 3 times each week and emailing weekly. They RARELY respond to your phone call or email. The management office says they also maintain 5 other properties so your request will always be deprioritized! Definitely THE MOST TERRIBLE SERVICE I have ever had.

        I loved every moment of my stay here. However, from the moment the internship ended and I was told to leave, the way things were handled was really bad. It was really confusing. I legitimately asked for my deposit to be returned, but Kevin was unfriendly and said he had already checked several times, and I have not received my deposit back to this day. Now, even if I send an email, I don't get a response. The office also does not respond to calls. If you are considering signing a contract for this house, please keep in mind that your deposit will not be returned. I moved out on December 14th and still haven't received my deposit. I also received confirmation that he would send the email to Korea, my home town, but he has no intention of sending it. Additionally, I was told that if I needed to send it to the US, I would also give them my friend's address in the US. They said I could send it to Korea, but they did not send it to me. I will try to contact you until the deposit is received and I will go through all the steps.
