        Management only seems to work 9 to 5. Theres No emergency maintenance number or contact. If anything happens after 5 oclock youre pretty much screwed.

        Just finished my 1 year lease. The tap water is 160 degrees F, WA state law requires no higher than 120F. I submitted multiple complaints but never fixed. Fire sprinkler system violates local fire code. 4 water events occurred over 1 year therefore I suspect mold is in the walls. They kept half my damage deposit for carpet cleaning, cleaning the unit and wall repair/paint. Attached photos show my spotless apartment is ready for the next tenant. People off the street frequently wander in because the security gate is always broken, back door is not secure. Seattle Police respond to calls in the building about 1/month. Several code violations are pending. I enjoyed working with the building manager but not the corporate owners. My rent was going to be raised despite all these issues.

        Genuinely awful experience when trying to view apartments. We had planned a viewing of an apartment, no one showed at the time that we agreed upon. We called them to see what was happening, and 15 minutes later they said they got held up in a meeting and they would be there shortly. We waited for around an hour and no one showed up! Communication with them stopped entirely and we don't know what happened. I can't imagine the properties are well managed if they can't even show up for a viewing.

It looks you submitted a work order around 9pm a few days ago, and our maintenance team responded to it first thing the next morning as soon as they could.

It is clearly written in the lease that we require professional cleaning & painting of all units after move-out, to ensure the cleanliness and sanitation for the next tenant. You can always waive this fee if you provide a receipt of a professional cleaning service that you hired yourself separately. You have already been refunded over $900 for your security and pet deposits, and were only held responsible for the cleaning charges like mentioned above. If you have any other concerns or questions, please don't hesitate to contact our management team directly! We value our resident's feedback and are committed to resolving any issues promptly.
