Skyline House Apartments

Scheduled a tour with Ben, the property manager, only for him to not show up or answer my calls after I arrived on time. Waited 30 minutes before leaving. Terrible way to start my Saturday.

(Edited) Having lived here since 2015, Ive seen 9 property managers roll through, ranging from excellent to absent parent. Our current property manager (Ben) is a nice guy. Maintenance/ repairs are slow; I have items outstanding from 18months ago. Finishes vary WIDLY between apartments, from 60s through to recent. Heating issues & water shut-offs are frequent.

I recently moved into Skyline House Apartments and I have to say that my experience has been fantastic! From the moment I first reached out to inquire about available units, the apartment manager, Ben, has been incredibly helpful and responsive. He went out of his way to make sure that all of my questions were answered and that I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision. Since moving in, I've been consistently impressed with the level of service that Ben provides. He is always available to help with any issues that come up and he does so with a friendly and positive attitude. He goes out of his way to make sure that everything is taken care of promptly and efficiently, which has made my living experience at Skyline House Apartments all the more enjoyable. Beyond the excellent management provided by Ben, Skyline House Apartments is also a great place to live. The apartment is well-maintained, spacious, warm and filled with natural light. Thanks again to Ben for all of his hard work and dedication to making Skyline House Apartments such a great place to live!

Inaccurate apartment listing pricing. Told by agency staff that "they are probably like that as clickbait to get you to give us a call."

Building is falling apart. Doors not latching, toilet seat falls down, shower has ran since I moved in (too expensive of a fix), break ins, no cameras so forget ever catching a culprit, the laundry is no longer going to except cards so we are stuck with a terrible phone app-guess the tenants without smart phones dont get laundry, and the lake that takes most the garage up on a rainy day is my fave. I would not recommend living here unless you literally have no options at all.
