The Q Apartments

Extremely unprofessional business practices. Evan was very rude when speaking to me on the phone and told me I didnt know what I was talking about when I told them they were unresponsive to an inquiry that I submitted. Evans words verbatim were we do more than rent apartments here and were busy that day so we didnt respond and then proceeded to tell me I was wrong again and hung up on me. Do not recommend renting here.

Wonderful spacious apartments in a great location. Kory and the building management are great, making sure residents requests are addressed in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

Pros * Staff seem like good people. Cory in particular. * Amazing views * Budget friendly * Generally large units * Cozy 70's vibe * Accessible by bus (nearby bus-stop) Cons * Old building and as someone pointed, some fixtures seem fragile * Not that clean * It is uphill (so getting there on a bike is not easy).

I would give a zero star review if possible. The building management is horrible and the building is falling apart. My experience has included; NO heat for a month, then heat stuck on for 6 months, stolen packages, stuck in the elevator multiple times, and nearly a week to clear my clogged bathtub drain. Plus when things are fixed the maintenance team usually leaves a mess to clean up. KEEP LOOKING.
