Excellent Management, Beautiful Building, Safe Environment If you are looking for a great place to live in the city, look no further than The Rooster on 65th & Roosevelt. We like the Seattle vibe but dont want to be in the mess of city traffic every day, so we looked to the Roosevelt area for its close proximity to recreation (hello Green Lake), transit (Roosevelt Station, 65th St Park & Ride), and great walking environment with enough eateries and grocery locations to not make it a food desert. Its still got the city vibe but less congestion and more access to different amenities. The Building: great modern building with excellent layouts that prioritize an open floor plan. This makes it an easy place to fit all your stuff and move it around several times to make it work. No goofy cut outs, just clean sight lines and huge windows. Building safety is a priority for everyone that works, lives, and manages the building. The Main door is FOB entry and no one can get past the elevator without having a fob so you dont have to worry about non-residents in your building. Parking garage is also fob entry AND exit. If they dont have a fob they cannot get out quickly or easily. Management: lets face it, you could live in a great place but if the management and its supporting infrastructure is not quality then it can be a bad experience. The Rooster is managed professionally and it shows! Everyone can answer any question at any time. The group is well-versed in the environment and keeps in communication regarding any issues, upcoming events, and specials. Even better? They are MFTE proactive! If you qualify for MFTE living, they have experts that will walk you through the necessary steps to get your paperwork submitted. They are flexible and will work with you throughout the whole process. With online portals for communication, service requests, billing, and package delivery notifications, this modern, clean, and positive environment stands out. The Rooster and its management team (Emily, Frankie, Julie, et al) are top notch. They have made the environment a wonderful living experience!

I had a very good experience with the leasing office at Rooster Apartments. Samyra was very helpful when I had questions about the apartments. She scheduled a same-day live tour since I was out of state and walked me through the entire apartment complex and also showed me some units. Esther was very helpful and fast when I submitted my application as well as throughout the leasing process. Rebecca was very friendly when I picked up the keys to the apartment. She also did an in-person tour and showed me all the nice features and amenities provided by Rooster Apartments. She also explained to me the whole process of how the utilities and billing will work. The apartment itself is also very modern and cozy. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience with the team at Rooster.
