I love living here, to the point of moving within the complex to a different unit when I needed to downsize my living space after my first lease here was up. I appreciate the staff, everyone is friendly and helpful. The maintenance team deserves hefty paychecks and solid kudos for the amount of work they put into keeping this place as nice and safe as it is. The office staff are very helpful with needs and get back to you quickly. However my new unit has been a bit of a nightmare for me since moving in. There has been an overwhelming smell of cigarettes from the last tenants that has caused me to be sick from the day after I moved in, until this last weekend when I went to urgent care and got medicine for it for the sinus infection the home has caused. This has caused me to be unable to work for the last 3 weeks, which has been a huge financial burden after just moving. On top of that, Im needing to put my pet into boarding and find elsewhere for myself to be for the next weekend so they can work on the cigarette issue. After having to buy multiple air purifiers for my home, room sprays, plants specifically for trying to purify the air (Ive been desperate) and deep cleaning the walls and ceilings multiple times to try and help, Im pretty much at my wits end. This entire experience has been costly, physically painful, and just draining overall. Id still recommend Row to people looking, I think Ive just had terrible luck in my specific unit.

I recently moved into Row on Third building, and I must say my experience has been excellent. From the moment I took the tour to the day I moved in, the staff has been incredibly helpful and friendly. Special shoutout to Gabriel, who works in the office, and the new manager for their outstanding service. They made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. While I did have some concerns,I found that the overall experience at Row was fantastic. The building is well-maintained, making it a clean and comfortable place to live. It's also surprisingly quiet, which is a huge plus. This community is perfect for families, as it provides a safe and welcoming environment. I highly recommend Row on Third building to anyone looking for a great place to call home. The amazing staff and the positive atmosphere truly make it a standout choice.

i have lived in Seattle for the past two years. Nakul is, by far, the best property manager I have ever met - very friendly and caring unlike other PM who don't care. You could argue that I just want to pay for my apartment, but here you are paying for you home

This place used to be an assisted care/ senior facility.The residents were asked to vacate without much advanced notice. The ROW, is not New.. it's remodeled! The residents now are allowed multible dogs and Many don't pick up after them causing problems on 3rd Ave . They may have also sold this place .. Beware higher rents too!
