UPDATE: They also towed my vehicle from the complex, less than 24 hours after I moved it there. Do NOT live here. I've tried to hold off reviewing here, but it's been a pain from the beginning. I have been here since June 2023, when I moved in, within the first two weeks, all of my cabinets had fallen off because they used too short of screws. No washer in the first week because they forgot to turn my water on. The garbage situation is just AWFUL, there is constantly overflowing trash laying around, attracting all sorts of squirrels and birds. Speaking of which, birds are nesting in my walls! And the woodpecker bangs on my walls all morning long. I have asked multiple times for help, but they've told me they don't know what to do. Management has changed three times since I've lived here, and my rent is $600 higher than the people who moved in before me. Make that make sense. Amenities like the gym are only available 9-5 monday to friday, and last summer the pool never opened. It has been left uncovered all winter, so we'll see if it opens this summer. Overall, I ignored a low star review when I moved here, and I deeply regret that. I feel I am grossly overpaying for bad living conditions.

Its been two months since I moved out, no written reason if they are holding on my deposit for any reason the law is 21 days, just ghosted, even contacted both new and old management. unit was left spotless if you ignore the roach infestation of the building they didn't mention, management changed 3 times when I lived there, people would blare loud music in the dead of night and people legit hit my car twice when it was parked stay away. *Update 1- 4 months later still no refunded deposit.*** **Update 2 - they finally did send me the money.

New maintenance man Fernando did his utmost to provide exceptional service in getting my maintenance issues that id been experiencing since i moved in and it had fallen between the cracks upon management company changing 3 times. This latest company seems to truly want things better, they've replaced the mailbox system so we no longer have to go to the post office to get packages, my maintenance issues, and they had the gates fixed which hadnt been used in over a year. All in all a good experience with this latest iteration of management and I hope that Fernando can attract another maintenance worker so that he doesnt have so much on his plate.
