        My fianc moved here last year in February 2023, and we resigned our lease for a bigger apartment just recently. Ericka and Esther have been our point of contact throughout our entire process, and weve never been more happy living here. Theyre very responsive, attentive and thoughtful. The transfer to our new apartment was a breeze and made sure my fiancs move out process went smoothly. We love and appreciate Ray so much, hes Ohana to us! We run into him occasionally and hes very attentive to maintenance requests and provides updates. He also provides great suggestions and overall is just such a good man. The apartments are nice, the amenities are great. Although our rent is high considering we have parking, two dogs, and rent insurance w/ Prism, its not concerning since we genuinely like this apartment and location. Not all apartments are perfect though but I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone who would consider.

        I rented this apartment couple years ago and signed a contract for 2 years but I only lived there for 2 months. Then I had to move out because people were complaining that my son was, a toddler, being too noisy. When signed the contract was indicated that the rental insurance was included. After 3 years moving out. I received a call from a rental insurance, the insurance person was on the phone said I needed to pay for the rest of 3 years. I rarely review online. This review could be helpful for second thought for those who want to rent this apartment.

        As the resident here for 1 year, I would say this place is a hidden gem. Very responsive property management and quick maintainance, very nice location (close to I-5, light rail, and also a 24 hour fitness) the apartment is very new, and the neighborhood is quite, and most importantly the rent price is quite affordable. I have to leave due to job relocation, but really recommend this apartment to others
