        Called multiple times to incur about an apartment listed no response for almost a week of calling emailed them as well and went to the property take your business else where because they obviously dont care about fair business practices its like nobody works there

        After confirming TWICE, no one showed up for the tour. Peak Living Properties, who claim to manage this and many others properties, are very mismanaged organization. Adell is the second of their properties where touring the property was a challenge. Beware of Peak Living properties, the actual apartments Adell might be good, but we will never know.

      Hello Nibeer, we apologize no one showed up for your tour and your valuable time was not respected. The employee working at that time was not a good fit and is no longer working at Adell or for the company. We have since hired a wonderful new manager and is at the office regularly for tours. We appreciate your feedback and wish you all the best.
