The Hayes on Stone Way

Location is fantastic and we enjoyed some of the amenities, but I've never seen an apartment building managed so poorly. They are incredibly disorganized and terrible at communicating. We dealt with various erroneous charges over our time there and resolving each one required in-person conversations with multiple employees (they never answered the phone). The problem only got worse when a new management company took over.

If you care about noise, DO NOT rent at this apartment building. This building is built off thin paper or else my neighbors are elephants. I live on the top floor, I could hear the stumping form units next to AND below me. I dont know what kind of giant lives downstairs but I could hear them stump ALL THE TIME! It gets worsesometimes they will be running in their apartment. I cant imagine the lives for the poor souls living in units below them Because the noise issue and literally no sound insulation of this building, I am counting my days to move out this building.

Amazing view from rooftop - panoramic city view with lake Union. Close to gyms, restaurants, and parks. Apartment common areas are clean and well maintained. One star was subtracted because their movie rooms projector has been broken for a while and they havent done much to fix it.

Locked out after hours (10pm) and the after hours emergency maintenance line isn't accepting calls. Definitely not a "luxury" apartment building.

Very clean. Staff was pleasurable king, and very helpful. Apt. Also beautiful and quiet.
