Scheduled an appointment for tour. Showed up at the building at the correct time and coudnt even get in the building. No one picked up the phone, no one followed up.

I moved from Emmons on Third during the pandemic and opted to move in with my significant other. However, when I lived there I liked the modern aesthetic of the apartment and community areas. The location is right in the mix of all the hustle and bustle of Belltown with many yoga studios, bars and restaurants minutes from your doorstep. In fact, it has a great dog park next door that my pooch and I frequented many times a day!! For convenience, there is also a small scale market downstairs. The rent is affordable for the downtown proximity. There is also a gym and rooftop terrace with BBQ setup for entertaining, etc. NO doubt, Raoul, is one of a kind. Extremely professional. I was fortunate to have met him by a not so fortunate situation but he was ever so helpful, competent in matters with the community he manages- I can assure that you are in good hands., Thanks, Raoul!!
