Capitol Steps Apartments

Living here for 18 months now. This is a wonderful place to live. Reasonable rents, great management, beautiful apartments with so much natural night - all within the heart of Capitol Hill. Couldnt recommend this place enough.

Ive been living in this building for almost 2 years now and the experience has been nothing short of perfect. First of all, the apartment and its layout is so beautiful and practical with lots of natural light. Very reasonably priced with excellent management and very efficient service. Any problem we have is solved within a day. This is a hidden gem in Seattle!

I've lived at Capital Steps for 4 years. It is a fantastic place to live at. My apartment was amazing and management is great! Any time I needed maintenance, it would be taken care of it immediately, usually within a day or two. Shauna is the best property manager. She made living at Capital Steps the best experience for me. Heather who also is apart of the team is just as amazing! This place was a gem to find in Capital Hill. Couldn't recommend it more.

Capitol Steps is an awesome place to live. I lived there in 2016 and went back in 2019. Shauna is the best apartment manager I've ever had. The maintenance staff is super nice. Only thing I'd be aware of is the city noise on Bellevue Ave.
