        Dont let the Amazon furniture in the lobby fool you. Lived here for 2 years and I saw 4 bodies come out in bags after the first year. Theres bed bugs in the light outlets and washing machines so eventually you will get them living here. They have 3 different types of roaches, American, German, and oriental that I have seen. Theres a psycho on the 6th floor that throws dog feces and food out of the window to the floor below. The property staff tries their best but the owner of the property doesnt care how much the residents suffer as long as they can raise the rent at the end of the year.

        I don't live here but the several rr Friends that do live there have nothing good to say about it and are always complaining it's low income housing in a older building pretty much get what ya pay for ?

        I dont even live in this apt but the folks who work here are terrible at dealing with their tenants. Someone has been blasting music loud enough for it to be heard through my walls in the next building over and waking me up at like 2 am on week days. Nothing has been done about it, its been over two weeks of this problem. I sent them a message about it and I got no reply, my building management has sent them an email and got no reply. Its like since this issue only exists after their working hours they dont care.

If you have pest concerns, please submit a work order and our team will be happy to arrange a time for pet control to come to your home and spray. This is an affordable apartment community and rents are lower than market-rate around the city of Seattle. Most of the expenses that account for the cost of rent are outside of our control – and all have seen significant increases in the past few years, driven by inflation and other factors, such as taxes, utilities, wages, and insurance, all continue to rise. We work diligently to ensure these expenses are covered while limiting the impact on the cost of rent as much as possible. Please contact our team if there is anything we can assist you with.
