The Noble Apartments

When Trent and Manager Sterling left, I was very nervous that we tenants would not have great office staff as well as maintenance but that was not the case. The Noble Apartment Complex truly stands out as a remarkable living space that offers a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. Under the exceptional management of Joyce, residents are treated to a seamless and delightful living experience. Her professionalism, attentiveness, and dedication to ensuring residents' satisfaction are truly commendable. Additionally, Edmundo, the maintenance manager at Noble Apartments, deserves special recognition for his exceptional skills and commitment to maintaining the complex in top-notch condition. His promptness in addressing maintenance issues and his meticulous attention to detail contribute significantly to the overall quality of living at Noble Apartments. Valentino, the embodiment of hospitality and warmth, adds an extra layer of charm to the Noble Apartment Complex. His friendly demeanor and willingness to go above and beyond to assist residents create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere that truly makes Noble Apartments feel like home. Overall, the Noble Apartment Complex, with Joyce, Edmundo, and Valentino at the helm, sets a benchmark for excellence in apartment living. It's a place where residents can not only find a beautiful living space but also a sense of community and belonging.

First, I would like to say hands down one of the best properties I have ever lived at. The property is safe, clean, but most importantly has the best staff. Starling, Trent, Betsy. These people not only know their job but how to treat their residents. One thing I do want to share and I am pretty sure other residents would agree would be is the residents portal. Old system allowed multiple payments for rent in which helps if you don't want to do a check or money order. So that is the only thing I would say is not ideal. Management or higher ups, whomever it may be please rectify this issue. Thanks, Edward

The Noble has been by far the best apartment living experience that I've ever had. This has to do to various factors including the amazing management team, amenities, locality and convenience, and the beautiful apartment unit. Starling and Trent made the moving in process simple and easy, providing the greatest support. The management team is very responsive to questions and take immediate action when a concern is raised. I have recommended this place to multiple people and will continue to do so in the future!

Ive had the pleasure of getting a tour of this wonderful property recently. The units are clean, warm and looks like the best in the Wallingford area. My favorite part was the roof top. Trent was extremely knowledgeable of restaurants, bars as well as transit routes. Although they didnt have 2 bedroom units available, Id still recommend this building to anyone who wants to live in Seattle!

Prolly the best apartments I have spent my time in Seattle. I move every year and yet I renewed my lease with them. The staff is just way too nice. They have free coffee, candies for residents and even hand out pumpkin pies during Halloween! There is a maintenance team on the property at all time and is very responsive as well. Their rooftop is well done with lots of seating and a great view of south lake and downtown. The location is hands down a walking/cycling paradise. Tuttabella is so next door that it feels like its in the backyard . Lots of cafes and restaurants at walking distance. The bus stop for line 62 to downtown is literally right there too. So much of street parking that I never had to get myself covered parking in the 2 years that I lived here. Kudos to Trenton, Starling & Brian for such a great work at management.
