Went for a tour with Grace and I loved the building, she was super helpful and professional. Im not moving right now but once Im ready I will definitely be back to aspira!

Hello, I recently visited my brother on multiple occasions at the Aspria - the front desk man, Nick Newsom, is very nice and greets my family and helps us with anything we need. After moving across the country from AL to WA they made sure we were all taken care off & any questions we had he saw that we were taken care of. We highly recommend the Aspira. Thank you to Mario Brown and the rest of the team for taking care of our family

I've been living here for about 4 months now and I admit I was a bit hesitant to sign here due to the reviews here, but I can say from my personal experience that Aspira has been a wonderful building to live in. The entire building team - from the front desk to the maintenance folks and of course the leasing office have all been extremely attentive, helpful, and caring for this community. I'm especially pleased with the level of transparency and service they have here; any issues that I run into are quickly resolved or closely monitored by the team, and I am impressed with the amount of improvements and changes they are making to modernize the building with their weekly updates. While the units themselves are a bit older, I think the space, location, and community are all top tier and I'm glad I chose this place to be my home

I have been in Aspira apartment in Downtown Seattle for 6 years, this is one of the best apartments! The office staff, concierges, and maintenance crew are very professional and excel in their customer service. I moved into the apartment out of state without even seeing the apartment in person because the leasing assistant showed me the apartment via video, and patiently answered all my questions during the move. The move in was stress free. The current leasing manager Sarah is doing good new changes that make the complex even more fun. In the recent past prior to Sarah taking charge there were some maintenance crew issues that caused backlogs/dissatisfaction for the residents. For the apartment complex of such large size, the changes take time. I have personally seen Sarah highly care and invest in the right opportunities making living in Aspira even more great. The office leasing agents Savannah and Mario are amazing! The concierges Davinder and Dayson are wonderful! Overall, I would recommend Aspira for a safe, fun, and wonderful living space in my 6 years of experience.
