I have recently moved in and this has been the best experience in my life. I was moved in a timely manner, everything was handled very well, the communication was by far the best I have experienced. Even though I found minor issues with my apartment management handled and resolved both of them! Jasmine is very professional and will take the time to work with you and answer all your questions. I lived at this aparment complex from 2020-2021 and it was an awful experience. This bulding was old, outdated and very dirty. The management turnover rate was constant, there was never a consistent manager or staff. There was no house cleaning for the bulding so everything was extremely dirty. Four to Five years later this place still has not improved. I recommend for people to look elswhere.

I had a great experience with Leslie and Jen. I jumped on the 1 month free rent and recently moved in. Had a couple of maintenance issues in the first week but they had a guy come up and fix them quickly.

Ellis Court Apartments has to be the most disgusting, abhorrent, and dangerous place you can live in Seattle. It has cheaper rent for a reason.I was a tenant on the first floor from Summer 2023 to about late Spring 2024. I moved out early because the living conditions were too dangerous. My lease expired a few days ago. There was a shooting caused by one of the residents, and the building continues to refuse their involvement. Google the building for more information on that. I see that they keep trying to delete reviews on the matter as well.In addition to the safety risks (which include drug dealers wandering the halls in the early morning and neighbors that display aggression/violence towards you), this building is extremely dirty and basically a hazard risk. There is ALWAYS trash and dog poop at the entrance ways. Additionally, my specific unit had a small patio that had rats constantly so it basically was unusable.The walls are incredibly thin and you can hear conversations by your neighbors. My direct neighbor had fights with her husband every night (not joking), and it was unbearable to try and get quality sleep.The - SMELL! This building smells like hard drugs 24/7. Most likely because residents do them, but the hallways have a strong odor, which I found undesirable at the least. Combined with the trash in the hall and stairways, it's never a pleasant odor.The building has no parking on site and you have to rely on the like 5 car spaces that are on Western Ave. These are never available because it looks like people kind of just park there 24/7 even though it's an 8-hour limit. There is a parking garage about a block away, but it is very pricey and inconvenient since there's a massive hill you have to walk up and down every time.You should know that Seattle Police are well aware of this building and are here frequently. This was told to me by one of the officers who came because I called about my direct neighbor threatening me with a knife.Finally, your packages WILL get stolen and the building will not care. They will blame you. Also, the Amazon Locker that is on the premises seems to break at a considerable rate.I assume most people looking into this building for the cheaper rent (as I did), but it's truly not worth it.
