I just moved in so I gave four stars as a placeholder to update later, but I can assure you, you are in good hands with the Concierge, Dylan and Nick. I was hesitant to move to Pioneer Square as a solo woman, but Dylan & Nick have been so helpful and welcoming that I feel more at ease with the decision to move here and Im really excited to be part of the community!

Absolutely love living at the Wave. It makes me feel like its my own whole building such a luxurious vibe its such a great experience so peaceful, & all the concierges & all the staff are just wonderful. We love Dylan. He always matches my energy. hes always a ray of Sunshine as well as the whole Wave staff team, I just send hearts to you guys. You guys literally contribute so much Good Energy, hospitality & patient , you guys are just so awesome I Love living at the Wave its my happy place.

Been here for 4 months and love my experience so far. Move in was easy (thanks Nico) and the morning coffee in the media lounge is always welcome (thanks Dylan)!

The management here is unorganized and they tried to take advantage of me several times. Documents were requested with late notices before any reminders. There was also a possibility of being evicted if the documents were too late. Instances like this were frequent. This place tries to extort people by overcharging them on move out fees. One obvious example of the lack of organization skills of this management is when they erroneously had debt collectors call weeks after I already paid them which was on the same day the last payment estimated was decided on.Apartments can be very nice in appearance, but with those without AC and poor air flow can become ovens in the summer. This place sold me on the views, but overall it was not worth living here.Even if you decide to move here after the bad reviews, keep in mind these people wont hesitate to try to take advantage of any situation and dont even care enough about the tenets to keep organized.
