Decent apartments but terrible Onsite management. No issues while living there but experienced the worst move in / move out process Ive ever heard of or witnessed. Attempted to charge me for walls that were not properly repaired/repainted from the previous tenant, no move in/move out walk through, promised remediation for errors in billing / unwarranted charges that were not actually offered. Manager is quite aloof and has a million excuses for why simple processes and repairs are not able to be made. Basically be prepared to be scammed out of your deposit. The building has been renovated but is really old so you can hear your neighbors very well...especially when they are going up and down the stairs. Good location but be ready for lots of surprises here
