Roystone Apartments

Wanted to give a 5 star review after month of living in these units, its been amazing! Best Summer in the Northwest to date with the amazing view with equal amazing service from Emmanuel, the property manager who has made the process and living experience top notch. Would recommend anyone who wants the best living experience in Seattle

Did a military move from Japan at the last minute and was scrambling for a place. Only took a few days for me to get in contact with Emmanuel and get a lease signed at Roystone. The entire staff was extremely inviting and worked with me. They did an impromptu showing to fit my schedule and it wasnt rushed. Even after moving in they accommodate and deliver a great living experience. This is one of the first places Ive lived where I didnt feel like another tenant, its more of a community. The facilities are always clean and well kept. The apartment is spacious and in a great area with tons of things to do without all of the noise of busier neighborhoods. Everyone that comes over loves the lobby music and comments on how great the controlled access system is. Very thankful to live here and be apart of the Roystone community.

One of the BEST views in Seattle. Its important to me to have spaces where I live that I can host small get togethers/events. I had a thank you dinner for my staff on the rooftop and their reaction when they saw the view was priceless. The manager Emmanuel is always so helpful with questions and helped make sure everything went smooth. We had the fire pit going and the BBQ grilling. Its experiences like these thank make me grateful I chose to live here.

I love living at Roystone! This is the best apartment in the Lower Queen Anne area - I have looked at most of them. It is very apparent that ownership and management care about this property and go above and beyond to ensure a positive tenant experience. Definitely lease a unit before they are all leased up!

Roystone checked all my boxes until it checked the boxes I didnt know needed checking. Perfect location perfect apartment after a long conversation but what did it for me was the management. Knowing Ive been stationed in Germany for a yr for work... I was greeted by Emmanuel in German! How amazing?! Immediately after.. Emmanuel asked my real needs and made the dreadful, stressful moving process an after thought. Ive been working out of country in Europe and Emmanuel told me just trust me ill make sure you come back to a home not an apartment Ive never had anyone say that to me and deliver. Having someone Ive never met put my mind at ease is something I didnt know I needed. His confidence but subtle delivery made me confident in a genuine way in my decision and now I can focus on work in a genuine way. All he asked was for a review of my leading experience so far and I never do reviews but for this, Ill gladly express my gratitude to him as its genuine its deserved. He made me feel like I matter and not just a customer and that deserves to be acknowledged. Other reviews here mirror my experience so dont just take my word for it.
