        Great place to live. The apartment manager, Jayson, has amazing customer service. The views of the speace needle are breathtaking, the apartments spacious, and the company and people running it are super nice. Definitely recommend if there's ever availability!

        They had me move into a filthy apartment. I know what you're thinking: "But didn't you look at it first?" They're going to say they'll have it cleaned, but they won't. When you show up with movers, a truck, and everything you own, you can either wait a few days for them to clean it or move into filth. My apartment is covered in a thin film of grease, carbon(smoke damage), and construction dust. Theirs solution was either for me to clean it, or move all my stuff so they can. Renter Beware: you will be lied to. What you see is what you get.
