HERE Seattle

I recently got a tour with Truc and it went really great! not only are the rooms really cozy with good natural light, but the people that work there are super nice and helpful. Any question that I had regarding pets, wifi, etc, Truc was very friendly and had an answer for everything which made me feel more sure about the apartment. Overall, very satisfied.

The layouts of the rooms are very nice compared to the other apartments around the area and the location is amazing. Truc was the best tour guide and I would 100% recommend booking a tour with her!

So many 5-star fake reviews from profiles that have no previous records of reviews. What are the chances of someone writing their first review and give it a 5-star. Seems all fake to me. This apartment building was poorly managed from the beginning. Started leasing when the apartment was not ready, damages and plumbing issues for a brand new building. Poor management, expensive, homeless and drug addicts on the street level entrances. Stay away from here. Packages stolen all the time, expensive parking, etc etc.
